Good Thermal Expansion and Contraction Coefficient : Silicon boats have the same thermal expansion and contraction coefficient with silicon wafers, which can help to avoid scratch and slip problems.
Ultra-High Purity Silicon Materials: Compared with SiC products, silicon products use higher purity silicon materials (>9N) which can avoid metal contamination issues.
Excellent Reparability: Compared with SiC products, silicon boats can be used despite minor damages or scratches. When the damage is severe, silicon boats can be sent back to DSTC for repair.
